El nuevo campo¿en el grao?

Informacion no tengo ninguna,es un simple deseo. La unica informacion que tengo es la que dejo caer kiko en la entrevista en la ser hace mas de un mes en la que dejo intuir claramente que el nuevo campo se haria.Y el deseo es porque las dos emplazamientos que se han barajado no me gustan, serreria/tarongers lo descarto.En cuanto al precio dudo que la diferencia del precio del suelo sea significativo de hacerse en un lugar u otro,siempre que sea exclusivamente de uso deportivo. Es un momento clave en la historia del club y no estaria de mas que por primera vez se hicieran las cosas bien.Para mi el nuevo pau del grao es el mejor emplazamiento posible con mucha diferencia. P.d.El pau del grao como ves en la imagen es la prolongacion de la alameda/avd. Francia hasta el puerto.

Bueno, ahora se hace realidad lo que ya se advertía en este post, pero cambiando el tiempo del verbo del presente al pasado: "Villarroel se ha comido el patrimonio". Esto, lo de las comunicaciones, lo llevo diciendo desde febrero. Pero siempre me respondíais que es porque a mí me conviene puesto que vivo a media hora del estadio andando. Cree el egoísta que todos son de su condición. Me da igual coger el coche e ir al nuevo estadio (siempre que los policías nos respeten un poquito más, lo cual antojo difícil), pero lo que nadie puede negar es que nuestra estadio está ahora en un sitio privilegiado, que como valor patrimonial aún ha de crecer más, y que ahora la gente empieza a acostumbrarse a ir. Y cuando creces en afición muy gradualmente, poco a poco, los cambios son demasiado arriesgados. Pero tranquilos que no lo van a hacer, puesto que no se podrán hacer obras magnas mientras esté en marcha el contrato de la Fórmula 1, ya que pasa por esa ubicación.

@JUJOTRIN: @Lorant: Esto no significa que el ministerio haya acordado una cesión de terrenos. Imagino que habrá que dar contraprestaciones porque aquí sólo se regalan terrenos al Valencia. Cesión no,venta.Estará de acuerdo en vendernos esos terrenos. En ese caso, no veo tan gran negocio. El negocio se haría si se compraran esos terrenos ahora y se dejaran pasar los años para que revalorizaran más aún los de Orriols. Dentro de unos diez años habría una plusvalía enorme. Pero Villarroel quiere hacer su negocio ya. No nos olvidemos: dudo que sea para fichar jugadores.
