.- Cristiano Ronaldo, the most recognizable player of Real Madrid, is paid between 12 and 13 million euros this season, which is 50% more than the ENTIRE Levante roster of players which only reaches 8 million.

.- Madrid´s Yearly Budget is roughly 500 million euros, that´s 20 times greater than that of Levante, who runs on a budget of 23 million euros.

.- Real Madrid has 96.000 members and 70.000 season ticket holders, while Levante celebrated its 102 year of existence last week with 10.000 ticket holders for the 2011-2012 season.

.-Real Madrid has 73 international and domestic titles, among them the Champions League, while Levante measures its successes in Promotions and the Republican Cup that it won during the Spanish Civil War of 1937.

.- Real Madrid receives 140 million from annual television contracts and Levante takes in 12 million for television rights.

.- That television money represents 70% of Levante´s annual income, while Madrid´s 140 million only represent around 30%.

.- In Madrid´s last game, 13 of the 14 players it used were players called up to their respective national teams last week, meanwhile Levante only has 3 players playing at the international level (Koné, Valdo and Keylor Navas for Ivory Coast, Green Cape and Costa Rica, respectively).

.- Despite all this, Madrid was incapable last season in two visits to Levante´s Ciutat de València stadium and 180 minutes of play to score a single goal. In the League, the teams tied 0-0 and, in the Cup, Levante won their home match by a score of 2-0.

.- In six visits to Valencia, Madrid has only not won ONCE (Last season). Madrid has scored 10 goals and only received 1 against Levante in League competition. Curiously, Levante´s only victory came in Madrid in the 2006-2007 season with a 1-0 victory.

.- Participation in European tournaments, club income for marketing, publicity and endorsement contracts for players, the number of fan clubs in Spain, Europe and the World mark more differences between the teams that will face each other this Sunday at 20:00 Spanish Time.

.- Questions of "Beauty" also mark differences between the team. While Ronaldo has affirmed that others kick him for being "Handsome, rich and a great player". Levante players have staked their own claim: "I thought he was describing me", said Juanfran, one of Levante´s Captains.

I would add a 12th: Levante is in actuality a Football Club, while Madrid only is in name.
