Proper fit is the difference between crisp data and frustration. Start by sliding the sensor so it rests flush against your left or right temple—not on hair and not inside the goggle seal. Tighten the goggle strap just enough to prevent wobble when you dive but not so hard it leaves deep marks. FORM recommends threading the inner band through both hooks of its mounting clip for extra stability; the principle is the same for most brands.
