Simon Arias

Simon Arias, a Youngstown, Ohio native, excelled in football at Youngstown-Ursuline, leading his team to a state championship as a senior and serving as team captain. His leadership continued at Mercyhurst University in Erie, Pennsylvania, where he earned a scholarship and was again named team captain. After graduating with a Bachelor's degree, Simon joined the Surace-Smith Agencies of American Income Life in Ohio. His strong leadership skills and work ethic propelled him rapidly through the ranks, achieving a top management position and becoming a Regional Manager within his first year.
